Day One...

This morning I awoke at approxiamately 5:00am. Not that that is very significant, I usually wake up at 5:00am anyway. But today I woke up, grabbed my exercise outfit and went in and did a core workout....

Core workouts when you don't have great abs, hurt. 20 mintues of crunching and bending and everything that I'm entirely not used to...but, I figured something out...

it may have hurt to do..but I felt amazing afterwards. I'm going to be doing this every morning. and then a fat burning regimen in the evening when I get home from work. I already have a good diet, I started with that some time ago and have actually been doing fairly well with that...

We'll see...The goal is to lose 60 pounds over the next 20 weeks..or 5 months :)

I was told that talking about something you plan to do increases the chance you will succeed by 10% and writing about it increases your chances by 30%. Maybe I have that backwards, but either way, I figure this way I'm increasing it by 40% overall.

Besides, anyone who knows me knows how subborn I am once I set my mind to doing something. We'll see how this goes!!
